The description of the LabVIEW program for creating measuring instruments and systems is provided. The application of this program for graphical modeling of information-measuring systems (IMS) is demonstrated through the example of creating a virtual instrument (VI) for spectral analysis of pulse signals: creating an icon of an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a connector panel. The creation and editing of graphical control and indication components of devices in the educational program are considered, along with examples of creating various additional virtual instruments.
