For two hundred long years, they were called differently-military agents, correspondents, attache. At the beginning of the 19th century, the “Corps of Military Diplomats” was governors, ministers, leaders of the General Staff, commanders of districts and fleets, famous military leaders. But for the most part, in Russian, and later in Soviet armies, they tried to take away the most educated, decent, experienced officers with rich life and professional experience in military-diplomatic work. Among them there were many well -deserved commanders - front -line soldiers awarded high awards. This happened after the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905. And after the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, many heroes of the Soviet Union, officers awarded orders and medals went to work in foreign countries.
The book is often devoted to these people, their often heroic activity
