It would seem that the bayonets of such a well-known weapon as a “three-line” should be studied in detail, described by species and reduced to a stir-dodium, polystying that could be obtained by comprehensive information about a specific bayonet. But this, unfortunately, is not so. Until now, unknown types of bayonets of the Mosin rifle, not described in the affordable literature, are sometimes found at the battlefield. The issue of the release of the Erzats-Shtykov rifle Mosin, especially during the Great Patriotic War, remains insufficiently illuminated.
The main goal pursued in the publication of the book is to popularize the history of domestic weapons, an attempt to interest someone else by studying and collecting a Russian bayonet, since this topic, unfortunately, has been studied quite weakly.
