The publication is the first specialized study in order to identify the relationship of regulatory requirements for organizing military discourse with the quality of commander and staff thinking, approaches to organizing service and combat activities and combat effectiveness of troops.
The publication analyzes the sources of military discourse: texts of military treatises, domestic and foreign military charters, military dictionaries and encyclopedias. It is noted that the modern military institutional discourse in military dictionaries and encyclopedias is codified, regulated in military charters, and is realized in military rhetoric.
The book is addressed to a wide circle of readers - to everyone who is interested in military history, military rhetoric, military pedagogy and psychology
