The textbook is intended for in -depth study by students of military training centers of objects that make up the concept of "artillery weapons". The textbook is developed in relation to the training program for cadets of the military training center at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and is devoted to one of the important sections of their preparation - to study the basics of the arrangement of ammunition and the rules for safe treatment of them.
In the textbook on the basis of GOSTs in ammunition, expert analysis of educational, technical and official literature, taking into account the practical needs of the troops, such important issues as the types of explosives and ammunition used in artillery, purpose, structure and ammunition are expanded and clarified.
