Mikhail Fomoman (1891-1940) - a prominent figure of the literary life of Leningrad 1920-1930. A talented poet, a brilliant translator and an undervalued prose, Fromoman died after an unsuccessful operation, without surviving up to fifty years. Since then, it has almost been almost published.
Test End Chichikov and Life of Mila Olga are the only prosaic works of Mikhail Foman. They have a documentary description of the life of post-revolutionary years with thin lyrics, and congenital author"s observation - with witty, a sense of tact and sincere kindness. This book returns to the reader an extraordinary prose M. Foman
