The monograph provides an assessment of the current state and development trends of Russian migration legislation as a highly constructed complex of legal acts and norms, which has all the signs of industry isolation in the general system of Russian legislation. Its basic institutions were identified and analyzed, the main directions of legislative support for public administration in the field of population migration were disclosed, including in terms of possible threats and risks for the national security of the Russian Federation.
The study is aimed at improving the quality of legislative regulation of migration processes, law enforcement, overcoming errors and other shortcomings in the development of Russian legislation, taking into account large -scale and complex processes of migration both at the international and national level.
