Microbiology designed to obtain basic knowledge, as well as for in-depth study of the material during self-preparation. The manual includes an overview of the prokaryotic cell: morphology, the structure of surface and internal structures, genome. Reproduction and cell cycle issues are discussed. Special attention is paid to the comparison of cells of pro- and eukaryotes and a variety of cells of various procarnit groups.
