Methods of optical astropolarimetry

On the basis of high -speed polarium -acting polarimetric devices developed by the author, the goals, objectives and methods of modern research of non -stationary processes taking place in the sun, the moon, various objects of the solar system, stars, in the interstellar environment, the galaxy and extra -halaktic objects are considered. The need and prospects for the further development of these most important studies of modern astrophysics are discussed.
