Methods of obtaining evidence and information in connection with the detection (possibility of detection) of electronic media

The work provides theoretical and legal aspects of obtaining evidence and information in connection with the detection or possibility of detecting electronic media, in particular, the genesis and classification of electronic media are briefly considered, and the problems of legislative settlement are indicated.
The training manual also addresses issues related to the features of the tactics of individual investigative actions, namely: the preparation and production of inspection of electronic media (and information on them) and their detection, preparation and production of searches and excavation in places of probable finding of electronic carriers (and information on them) Particular attention was paid to the appointment and production of forensic computer examination, namely: determining the grounds, choosing an expert institution or expert, preparing materials, raising questions, the basics of experts at the introductory, research and output stages of expert research. Based on the general provisions of interrogation tactics, provisions are formulated that reflect the features of the preparatory, working and final stages of interrogation in cases of unlawful access to computer information (criminal liability is provided for by Article 272 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) Particular attention is paid to the subject of interrogation. At the same time, examples of the use of individual tactical techniques for interrogation in cases of unlawful access to computer information are given. The conclusions and proposals formulated in the work are based on the results of the analysis of actual law enforcement practice.
