The book systematically sets out the main results obtained by the authors in the following areas: a temporary analysis of digital CMOP schemes, taking into account logical restrictions, statistical temporary analysis, logical and logical-temporary analysis of the noise resistance of digital CMOP-schemes, algorithms for characterizing the elements of the KMOS SBIS.
The basis of the majority of the methods proposed here is the analysis of the logic of the operation of a digital CMOP scheme and its use in combination with static temporary analysis methods. Familical analysis models of logical analysis are formalized and adapted to the specifics of digital CMOP schemes. The effectiveness of the developed methods and their high potential in the design of the KMOP SBIS is shown.
