Descriptions of laboratory work for students of 2-3 courses, studying in the specialties of Nanotechnology in electronics and quantum electronics. In the course of work, students will familiarize themselves with some methods of obtaining nanoparticles and nanocomposites, will acquire skills to work with nanometer-size objects and will master modern physicochemical methods of research. Each cycle of work is preceded by theoretical administration, which can play the role of a brief abstract lecture.
