This methodology for determining estimated prices for labor costs in construction is developed in accordance with part 6 of Article 83 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and the procedure for monitoring the prices of building resources approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The estimated prices for labor costs in construction are designed to develop and update the cost of construction prices and standards of the price of structural solutions at the appropriate level of prices, the preparation of estimated documentation, the development of indices of changes in the estimated cost of construction, special construction, repair, construction, installation and commissioning works
