Mental Medicine: Guide

The publication is devoted to a new scientific direction - mental medicine. The methodological basis of mental medicine is synergetics - interdisciplinary science on development and self-organization. It allowed preferably and systemally to unite therapeutic and rehabilitation strategies of noscentric clinical psychiatry and preventive-correction methods of health centered mental preventology. Mental medicine is conceptually, methodologically and technologically combined the donozological field of mental health and nosological - mental ailments, it strengthens mental health and treats mental ailments. The leadership presents the synergistic concept of the formation of various psychosomatic and mental illness. Conceptual basis for systemic monitoring of mental health are justified. Perennial studies of the authors on the study of psycho-physiological, psycho-emotional and personal features, the quality of life of patients with psychosomatic diseases of the general network. The peculiarities of medical and psychosocial assistance are considered by psychosomatic and mentally ill, including somatotropic and psychotherapeutic treatment, santhenetic therapy in multidisciplinary brigades, justified the principles and technologies of mental preventology, growing from the synergistic reading of psychohygin and psycho-philatics.
