The training manual sets out veterinary and sanitary measures carried out at various livestock facilities, enterprises for the processing of livestock products, harvesting, storing and transporting raw materials of animal origin. Modern means and methods of disinfection, disinsection, deratization and deodoration of various objects are recommended, taking into account the technology of their production. The organization and technique of veterinary and sanitary work are described. Issues of safety, labor protection and environmental protection during veterinary and sanitary measures are considered.
For better assimilation of the material, part of the data is presented in a tabular-graphic presentation, the illustrations are shown on a separate color gluing. To consolidate the knowledge gained at the end of the article, key control issues and tasks are given.
