The presented monograph, being the third edition, consistently summarizes the data on the NRB accumulated in the modern world and offers versions, controversy, and the achievement of clinical practice to familiarize the practitioners, because there is a lot of obscure on this path. Moreover, it seems necessary to regularly update knowledge on this extremely important problem.
