The leadership discusses the issues of ultrasound examination of the pelvic organs in women, various options for the norms in reproductive and postmenopausal age are presented, all regulatory parameters of the uterus and appendages, the main gynecological pathology, including diseases of myometrium, endometrium, cervix, ovaries and uterine pipes. The material dedicated to obstetricity consists of a section where all aspects of the study of women with early pregnancy, assessment of all elements of embryonic and extraembreal structures and the most common pathology of pregnancy development up to 11 weeks are considered. All the fetometric parameters of the P-SH TRICTRA are given, as well as the image of the fetal organs, in normal depending on the gestation period. In addition, attention is paid to unchanged placenta, umbilical cord, amniotic fluid, the state of myometrium, the cervix and ovaries.
It is recommended as a textbook for conducting the primary retraining cycles for ultrasound diagnostics, thematic improvement “Ultrasonic diagnostics in gynecology”, general improvement, residents and graduate students undergoing training in the direction of “ultrasound diagnostics, obstetrics and gynecology”.
