Ultrasound diagnosis of soft tissue tumors

Tumors of soft fabrics are one of the most difficult sections of clinical and morphological visualization. The purpose of the study: Improving the radiation diagnosis of tumors and tumor -shaped soft tissue formations by performing complex ultrasound. The basis of scientific research was the results of the analysis of the data of clinical and radiation examination 433 patients with tumors and tumor -like soft tissue formations. The Uz-semiotic of these diseases is described in detail when they are visualized in the V-mode. The diagnostic effectiveness of studying the degree of blood supply to various formations using dopplerography is shown. Differential diagnostic criteria for evaluating the results of elastography have been developed in determining the presence of a true tumor and its possible malignancy. The high diagnostic accuracy of the developed complex of the UZ-method (about 90%) was determined. A necessary part of a comprehensive examination should be the punctuation biopsy of formations under ultrasound control. The algorithm for the use of the complex of ultrasound and other necessary radiation studies has been created. The great importance of the results of a comprehensive ultrasound examination is justified to determine the indications for the surgical treatment of patients in the conditions of a day hospital within the current concept of “stationary-substituting” technologies. The results of a scientific research can be used in the practical work of doctors of daytime hospitals, clinics, outpatient centers, as well as in the educational work of the departments of outpatient surgery, radiation diagnostics
