The leadership contains information about modern ideas about one of the urgent interdisciplinary problems in medicine - compression lesions of the sexual nerve (tunnel pudodnexopathy) The author gives his own definition and topographic classification of pelvic pain, describes the variant of the podendic symptom of the teena during interligatorial compressions. From the author’s positions, the individual provisions used in the clinical practice of Nantic diagnostic criteria of the poodal neuralgia of 2006 are considered. The causes of the rare detection of the disease were analyzed. Clinical and instrumental diagnostic methods and approaches to the treatment of tunnel pudennonealopathy are presented.
