The leadership is devoted to an urgent problem - a combined HIV/tuberculosis infection. The publication briefly sets out the immunopathogenesis of diseases, clinical and radiological manifestations of tuberculosis in patients with HIV infection, depending on the degree of immunosuppression, methods of diagnosis of tuberculosis in patients with HIV infection. Modern treatment standards are presented, as well as approaches to the organization of treatment and dispensary observation of patients with tuberculosis in combination with HIV infection.
