From January 1, 2013, Part 1 of Article 37 of Federal Law No. 323-ФЗ On the Basics of Protection of Citizens" Health in the Russian Federation entered into force, ensuring the norm on the organization and provision of medical care in accordance with the procedure for the provision of medical care, mandatory for execution for execution The territory of the Russian Federation by all medical organizations, as well as on the basis of medical care standards approved by the Ministry of Health of Russia and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
This directory collects all the current orders and standards for the provision of medical care in the profile "Traumatology and orthopedics". Standards are grouped according to the anatomical principle and conditions for the provision of medical care, which facilitates the search for the necessary information. In the section on traumatology, special attention is paid to the standards for conducting fractures and dislocations of all localizations, diagnosis and treatment of multiple injuries, as well as injuries and burns. The section on orthopedics presents the standards of medical care for various arthritis and arthrosis, lesions of the spine and other diseases with a predominant damage to the joints, as well as help with postoperative orthopedic complications. The publication includes an order to assess the quality of medical care. At the end of the book, a brief reference book of drugs specified in the standards, as well as a reference to the international classification of diseases, is given. For the convenience of searching, all medicines are distributed into groups in accordance with anatomical and therapy-chemical (ATX) classification.
The publication is intended for traumatologists, orthopedists, rheumatologists, therapists, general practitioners, clinical pharmacologists, health organizers, employees of compulsory and additional medical insurance funds, as well as specialists responsible for quality control and medical safety.
