The monograph is devoted to the actual direction of medical science associated with the study of the mechanisms of development of traumatic toxicosis (prolonged crushing syndrome) and its pharmacological correction. The dynamic study of traumatic toxicosis shows that at the initial stages of its development, the main role in the genesis of pathological changes belongs to the liver and its dysfunction.
Correction of these disorders using antihyplance and other metabolic drugs significantly slows down the development of traumatic toxicosis, not allowing it to go into the phase of acute renal failure, as a rule, recorded in the clinic. An overview of modern approaches to the treatment of traumatic toxicosis using new antihypoxic agents allows you to expand existing representations on pharmacology and pharmacotherapy of this pathology
