National manuals are the first series of practical guidelines in basic medical specialties, including all the basic information necessary for the doctor for continuous postgraduate education. In contrast to most other guidelines in national guidelines, equal attention is paid to prevention, diagnosis, pharmacotherapy and non -drug treatment methods.
The National Guide "Transfusiology" contains modern and relevant information about the features of the blood service, taking into account the currently used modern methods of harvesting, examination and processing of donated blood, as well as methods for processing and production of donated blood drugs. Separate sections are devoted to indications for the clinical use of transfusiological manuals for various nosologies, and the issues of ensuring the immunological safety of hemotransfuses are considered.
The management is supplemented by an electronic application, which includes medical calculators, regulatory documents, clinical examples, etc. In the preparation of this publication, leading transfusion specialists took part in the preparation of this publication. All recommendations have passed the stage of independent review.
