The book considers the urgent problem of modern reproductive medicine - the treatment of infertility in patients with hypoplasia of the uterine mucosa, manifested in the form of a phenomenon of thin endometrium.
A review of modern ideas about the etiology and pathogenesis of the phenomenon of the subtle endometrium and its connection with infertility is given. The dynamics of echographic changes in the inner shell of the uterus in the normal menstrual cycle with the release of ultrasound criteria are analyzed to confidently state the retardation of the development of the endometrium in the proliferative phase. The approaches to improving reproductive outcomes in infertile patients with subtle endometrium presented in domestic and foreign literature are described in detail. Practical tips for the treatment of infertility are given in patients with pronounced endometrial hypoplasia using the innovative technology of endometrial scrapping.
