The monograph is devoted to an urgent interdisciplinary problem - the diagnosis and treatment of congenital malformations of the larynx. The work presents a scheme for examining children with suspicion of congenital malformations of the larynx, including the early active identification of children in the context of obstetric institutions and their further routing, developed the clinical standard for examining children with congenital stridor, which allows you to increase the detection of the congenital pathology of the larynx and reduces the time before the diagnosis of diagnosis and the beginning of treatment, algorithms for the treatment of congenital malformations of the larynx using modern conservative and surgical methods for restoring the lumen of the larynx, some of which were developed personally by the authors are proposed. The monograph presents a large clinical material of rare cases of congenital pathology of the larynx, which can serve as the basis for the following scientific research in this field.
