The leadership and cauterization guide is a continuation of the series of books “Theory and Practice of Classical Chinese Medicine”. The first volume “General theory and diagnostics” was published in 2016 at the AST publishing house. This manual provides on a sequential order the basic information on the topography of channels, blood vessels and acupuncture points on the human body, the necessary knowledge on their properties and the rules of therapeutic use (Zhen-Chi therapy) from ancient works and modern clinical practice. The book also proposes the methods of memorizing points in the traditional form of “Songs of the twelve channels”, sets out many techniques for determining the points, ownership of the needle, as well as other therapeutic methods related to Zheen-Chi therapy (cauterization, auriculopuncture, etc).
