Instructions for use
EcGs
The ecg-line is designed to decipher the electrocardiogram removed from
with a speed of 50 or 25 mm /s.
1. The heart rate scale is synchronous with a scale of Q-T intervals at a speed of 50 mm/s. The number of heart contractions corresponds to two R-R intervals.
2. Millivolt scale to determine the voltage of the teeth R. R.
3. P-Q and Q-T intervals table per second at different heart rate.
4. The scales of calculating the duration of the Road R, QRS complex, P-Q and Q-T intervals per second.
5. The shift scale of the ST segment, the values of the teeth P and T in MV in relation to the isolin.
6. Einthhenen triangle to determine the corner A (alpha) deviations of the electrical axis of the heart. Method of determination. The difference in the length of the teeth R and S in I and III leads is taken. The difference in the I lead is deposited from the center of the triangle on the line from +180 ° to 0 °. The difference between the length of the R and S teeth in the 3rd lead is deposited from the center of the triangle on the angle line from +120 to -60 while preserving the sign. From the ends of these vectors, perpendiculars are restored, the point of their intersection is connected to the center of the triangle. The angle formed by the resulting line and line of the I of Dispatch (+180-0 °) is the desired angle a. Depending on the size of the angle A, the deviation of the electrical axis of the heart is determined:
a) horizontal - angle A from 0 ° to +40 °,
b) normal - angle A from +40 ° to +70 °,
c) vertical - angle A from +70 ° to +90 °,
D) the deviation of the axis to the left - angle A from 0 ° to -90 °,
e) deviation of the axis to the right - angle A from +90 ° to +180 °.
