The monograph is devoted to urgent problems of the functioning of the cardiovascular system in athletes. Based on these domestic and foreign studies, the formation and essence of modern ideas of both physiological and pathological sports hearts are considered, the concepts of morphological, electrophysiological, regulatory, arrhythmogenic remodeling of the heart, and the features of non -lunch myocardial fibrosis in athletes are revealed. Significant attention is paid to gender and age differences in the adaptation of the blood circulation apparatus to physical activity, the features of the adaptation of athletes with a cardiovascular pathology to the conditions of sports activity. International classifications of sports are given for the needs of sports cardiology, including For 2018 and 2020.
