The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of the 3rd generation. The basic material is presented for the development and systematization of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to study the methods of isolation of the working field using the Kofferdam system in clinical dentistry based on the achievements of modern medical science corresponding to the curriculum of medical universities. The issues of choosing and the appropriateness of using traditional and alternative modern systems of insulation of the working field are reflected. Each chapter formulates the goals of classes and control issues that focus on key aspects of the topic under discussion. The manual contains tests for current control, which will help improve the assimilation of the material.
