The monograph presents algorithms of perioperative conducting patients with cirrhosis, diagnostic standards, preoperative preparation and postoperative rehabilitation. The principles of the formation and tactics of conducting a sheet of waiting for transplantation of the liver, as well as the technology for conducting surgical intervention, are considered. The identified errors are analyzed and an interdisciplinary approach in the tactics of periodic conducting patients with the participation of surgeons, gastroenterologists, endoscopists, endovascular surgeons is proposed.
