To increase the accuracy of diagnostics, for the first time, the basic parameters of super-furry information and control systems of the brain were used, when they are registered from the head of the head: a) in the withdrawal of a vehicle for diagnosing the level of active wakefulness (omegametry method) with a complex of vegetative and hemodynamic indicators, b) in cortical projections of the main integrative centers (frontal, temporal and parietal areas) for an objective assessment of the level of activation (UA) of the brain systems involved in the organization of higher mental functions and speech in the same contingent of children (method of neuro -chartering UA) Increasing the effectiveness of treatment was achieved by conducting transcranial micropolarization sessions (TKMP) with constant microcurrents, with comparable current parameters with the parameters of the sustainable potential of the millivate range, against the background of verbal corrective-developing classes with a speech therapist or psychologist during each TKMP session.
In the 3-5th chapters of the leadership, the effectiveness of the use of the proposed approach for the diagnosis and correction of the examined contingents of children is revealed. Scientific and methodological guidance is addressed to multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, psychologists, speech therapists, psychophysiologists, united by a single approach to solving the medical and social problem of hard-to-learn children with impaired mental and speech development under the consequences of pre- and perinatal lesions of the central nervous system of hypoxic-irisial genesis
