The textbook was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. It sets out issues of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity of pharmacy organizations. Particular attention is paid to the regulatory framework on the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation, drug provision in the ONLS system.
The publication presents materials on the licensing of pharmaceutical activity, the choice of a business partner and concluding delivery contracts, the office work of an employee of the personnel service and a specialist in labor protection, the conclusion of labor contracts with employees, the protection of information, consumer rights. The material, administrative and criminal liability of pharmaceutical workers is considered. The mechanism of bankruptcy of the pharmacy organization, as well as arbitration proceedings in economic disputes, has been disclosed.
The training manual is intended for students in the specialties on 33.02.01 "Pharmacy" and 33.05.01 "Pharmacy" (specialty level)
