The leadership includes the basic principles of work on the methodology of sports taping. It consistently illuminates the issues of anatomy and physiology, as well as indications for the use of sports taping. The history of the emergence and development of the methodology of sports hard tape is described in detail. Particular attention is paid to the main differences between this technique and other taping techniques. The biomechanics and normal anatomy of the joints are dismantled in detail. The basic classical applications of sports tensioning techniques are given. Techniques and types of applications presented in the book are recommended for the use of the National Association of Specialists in Kinesioteipation and the educational project of Kinesiocourse.
