This leadership is the work of the team of authors - specialists of the Department of Health of the city of Moscow, employees of the Botkin Hospital who have passed a difficult and interesting professional path with an invaluable experience in creating and developing an innovative project in the field of simulation training.
The publication is the first in its kind to the national guidelines for simulating in Russian, contains the experience of the medical simulation center of the Botkin hospital, in which more than 25,000 doctors and medical workers of Moscow and Russian medical institutions were trained in two and a half years.
The guide for simulation training is considering the relevant issues of organizing and managing a multidisciplinary training center for practical health specialists.
The publication illustrates more than 640 original photographs, drawings, schemes and tables.
