The leadership presents an analysis of the history of the development of views on affective disorders of the schizophrenic spectrum. The results of the study of the ratio of the personality structure of patients and the form of schizo-active psychosis, the prognosis of the course of the disease, the ratio of abnormal personality variability in the constitutional-concentinual space and the severity of affective, positive and negative psychopathological formations are reflected. Based on the clinical, psychopathological, pathopsychological, psychophysiological, clinical and pharmacological studies, therapeutic technologies have been developed in the form of pathogenetic intensive psychopharmacotherapy for patients with schizo-active psychosis in the conditions of a daily hospital.
