The author’s collective of the monograph, using publications of scientific and practical international, and domestic research in the field of security requirements and veterinary and sanitary examination of Moda Ledin, as well as their own experience in this field of veterinary medicine, presented generalized data on issues of Russian and international legislative acts governing The safety of honey, the issues of the procedure for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination of the Bee Mod in food (retail) markets, veterinary requirements for export and import of honey and others are highlighted.
In the monograph, information on honey bees, a description of diseases (including emergent infectious diseases of bees) and pests of bees with the presentation of their color photos, veterinary and sanitary requirements and the procedure for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination of the Bee Modelin, as well as Reference materials of the main types of chemical pollutants of bee honey.
The authors express the hope that the materials and information cited in monographs can be useful for veterinary specialists and other employees working in the field of veterinary and sanitary examination, students of educational institutions in the specialties of "Veterinary Medical Academy", "Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise" and " Commodity studies", practitioners-pedigree, as well as in the preparation of the Department of Veterinary Media of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia of new, scientifically based "veterinary rules for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination of Moda Bee in food markets and fairs"
