From January 1, 2013, Part 1 of Article 37 of Federal Law No. 323-ФЗ “On the Basics of Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation” entered into force, ensuring the norm on the organization and provision of medical care in accordance with the procedure for the provision of medical care, mandatory for execution of The territory of the Russian Federation by all medical organizations, as well as on the basis of medical care standards approved by the Ministry of Health of Russia and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
