Breast and abdomen injuries are the main urgent problem of modern clinical medicine. This monograph is devoted to selected issues of diagnosis and treatment of thoracoabdominal injuries taking into account bleeding and subsequent hemostasis. The authors offer a model of counting blood loss and subsequent correction using blood and plasma preparations. The originality of the work consists in the proposed algorithm for the provision of surgical care for thorac -dummal injuries in the first “golden” hour and the first day of first aid using mini -vinvas technology. A comparative analysis was also carried out in groups of patients using high -tech methods for diagnosing and treating chest and abdomen injuries indicating the nearest and distant results.
