The monograph presents a psychological analysis of the problem of the regulation of emotions related to the number of the most significant at the present stage of the development of scientific knowledge. The results of the analysis of basic classical and modern concepts and paradigms are given, in which the problem of regulation of emotions is posed and studied, the results of long-term copyright studies of the regulation of emotions are normal and with such cardiovascular diseases as a "classical" essential arterial hypertension, "hypertension at the workplace "And the prolapse of the mitral valve. The author’s model of regulation of emotions and the author’s typology of strategies for the regulation of emotions are presented, the issues of psychosomatic syndromogenesis, rehabilitation and prevention, and increase the "psychological resource" of the personality are discussed.
