The monograph formulated the concept of physiological reconstruction of the digestive tract during repeated stomach operations. The experience of surgical treatment of patients with diseases of the operated stomach and relapse of the stomach of reconstructive surgery of the esophagus and the stomach of the National Medical Research Center for Surgery named after A.V. Vishnevsky. The nearest and distant results of original operations selected individually are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the study of the motor and evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract, detecting frequency and severity of post-gas and post-bastard syndromes after reconstructive interventions.
