The monograph is devoted to the complementary use of modern methods and techniques of neuroizoalization (MRI, PET, CT, OFECT) as a tool for diagnosis, differential diagnosis and individual forecast of cerebral gliim, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the therapy and subsequent monitoring. The radiation semiotic of cerebral gliim according to structural, functional and perfusion MRI, structural and perfusion CT is described in detail. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities of PET in neuroncology. The possibilities of intraoperative monitoring (ultrasound, CT, MRI) are discussed. A large section is devoted to radiological patterns of combined therapy complications. In numerous examples, the use of multi -parametric mapping as an effective diagnosis and differential diagnosis in neuroradiology is justified. The place of neuroimaging methods in the planning, implementation and ensuring the quality of radiation therapy is discussed.
