Over the past 40 years, not a single radiological or morphological work has been published, devoted to the criteria for subside and the complete elimination of bone or articular tuberculosis inflammation. This publication highlights the general issues of physiological restructuring of bones at different ages, shows how these processes change in the occurrence of bone -tuberculosis inflammation, and most importantly, how the bones change during the silence and complete elimination of the bone -consistent specific inflammation. The objective picture of these changes can be found using ordinary radiography and linear tomography. One of the chapters is devoted to the diagnosis of relapse of specific inflammation.
