The proposed book contains basic information on C-and MRI diagnostics of brain diseases, which is necessary for a doctor, encountered with the problems of diseases and damage to the brain. The presented material is based on many years of own observations and analysis of publications of recent years and reflects the possibilities of methods in the diagnosis of the ChMT, vascular diseases and tumors of the brain. CT-and MRI semiotics of these diseases are described, the advantages and disadvantages of methods in the diagnosis of the pathology under consideration are shown. The basics of differential diagnosis are presented. The third edition of the book is supplemented by the head that reveals the possibility of neuroimaging in the diagnosis of one of the common neurological diseases - epilepsy.
