The textbook "Control of the quality of medicines" was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of the Third Generation of Secondary Professional Education in the direction of 33.02.01 "Pharmacy". The manual corresponds to the curriculum of MDK.02.02.
The manual consists of two parts, including general methods of analysis and analysis of the quality of drugs of inorganic and organic nature.
The first part describes the general methods of analysis, the possibility of using the melting and hardening temperature, the nature and nature of the impurities and their effect on the qualitative and quantitative compositions of the drug and the possibility of changing its pharmacological activity, the establishment of the limits of permissible impurities, pharmacopoeic tests on The most common impurities. In the same part of the section, the most important physicochemical and chemical methods of analysis are highlighted in detail.
In the second part, the material on the analysis of drugs is presented, groups and individual drugs are given, the study of which is necessary for the formation of a professional horizons. This part consists of several sections distributed according to the principles of the chemical structure of the studied compounds: drugs of inorganic structure, drugs of aliphatic, aliciplic, aromatic and heterocyclic structure
