The second edition of the national leadership "Public Health and Health ”(the first one in 2014) was completely processed and reflects statistical indicators at the end of 2021. It was prepared by 86 authors - leading specialists in the field of healthcare, demography and economics, as well as with the participation of world -famous foreign scientists in the field of innovative management of medical organizations. The book consists of 6 parts and 69 chapters. The first part gives the final assessment of the country"s health system, proposals for its development until 2025 and analysis of the lessons of pandemia Covid-19. In the second part, indicators of public health, demographic indicators and socio-economic conditions in our country are considered. The third part describes the state of the healthcare system at the macro level, in the fourth - the organization of medical care at the level of individual services, in the fifth - at the level of a medical organization, including informatization issues. The sixth part proposes recommendations on modern health management methods. The management contains comprehensive information about the results, state and activities of the healthcare system of the Russian Federation, external factors affecting the work of the industry, as well as on the management features in this area.
