The book illuminates the materials of comparative historical study and systemic structural analysis of psychotherapy, psychotherapeutic process, considered at three levels: socio-psychological, individual psychological and biological.
Based on the analysis of the known modern areas of foreign and domestic psychotherapy and its development trends, ancient and modern healing practices and classical oriental medicine, the author’s psychotherapy and neurosis-like disorders, the author formulates a new structural and dineminical theory of psychotherapy.
A analysis of the comparative effectiveness of modern psychotherapy was carried out from the standpoint of evidence -based medicine, approaches to the assessment of clinical psychotherapy and evaluative criteria were developed. As an example of the practical use of a three -component theory of psychotherapy, a methodology for group hypnotherapy of psychogeny and neurosis -like disorders is given, its clinical effectiveness is evaluated.
