The book represents the 3rd part of experimental-clinical studies, united by a single ideology and an author’s original approach to pathogenesis and pathogenetic therapy of diseases of the genitourinary system of an inflammatory nature. The issues of terminology and classification of prostate diseases are addressed. The nosological form hemodynamic prostatopathy is discussed. The role of the “vascular” aspect in the pathogenesis and pathogenetic therapy of prostatopathy is emphasized.
Functional diagnosis of circulatory disorders of the prostate using a rheography and ultrasonic dopplerography is presented, the stages of deficiency of prostatic blood flow are put forward. The principles of conservative treatment, physiotherapy and rehabilitation of patients with prostatopathies are described in detail. Much attention is paid to the complex treatment of patients with prostatopathy associated with sexual dysfunction. Studies on the role of type 5 phosphodesterase inhibitors are given, in particular, Levitra, as well as natural aphrodisiacs in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic prostatopathy.
