This manual is intended for studying propaedeutics and private pathology of internal diseases in the III year of faculties of training doctors. The task of the book is to contribute to the mastery of the basics of medical activity: the methodology of examining the patient, the semiotics of diseases of the internal organs, the ability to recognize the main clinical manifestations of diseases, as well as the development of na-sorts of diagnosis, which is necessary for a doctor of any specialty.
