A review of literary data on modern approaches to the prevention of thrombogemorragic complications that occur during surgical and endovascular interventions in arterial basins in patients with atherosclerosis is presented. The own methodology of antitrombotic therapy is proposed when performing coronary angioplasty with stenting in patients with myocardial infarction. On the basis of international and national guidelines for endovascular and surgical treatment of atherotrombosis based on the principles of evidence -based medicine, recommendations on antitrobotic therapy in preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative periods have been drawn up.
