In the leadership, we tried to present our experience to achieving pregnancy or preliminary cryoconservatory of oocytes/embryos in young women who have suffered cancer or have an oncological disease with planned treatment, threatening the loss or a sharp decrease in reproductive function. Oncoforticity is an interdisciplinary direction that is actively developing in the world after T.Woodruff in 2006 first voiced the existence of the problem of ensuring delayed childbearing in young women with cancer. In the past few years, interest in this direction in our country has increased significantly, but there are still too few experiences and more questions than answers. The refrain of this work is the need for close interaction and cooperation of oncologists and gynecologists-refractologists, without which it is impossible to make some decisions regarding patients with a serious illness
